Updates
This week has been a very relaxing one compared to last week. In Globaloria this week I was interupted yester due to a senior meeting, but Monday and Tuesday we played some games to try to figure out what we want to do for our game. We got a lot of ideas and I think we know what we're going to do. I just hope that we can pull it off...

Smooth as Riko Swauve!
Yesterday was the day that I presented the work I've done on my blog and wiki. Over all people seemed to like it, but I wish I would have been able to put a picture or two in it. I have a lot of new ideas though and now that I've seen that there's no such thing as over decorating I'm going to let loose. Hopefully I won't crash anything, but with some of the ones I saw yesterday I'm sure I won't.

New Projector Yay!
Tomorrow we've been told that we're going to present our wikis and blogs tomorrow. I'm pretty much done with mine unless I've over looked something. Pretty sure I haven't though.

Blogs, blogs, blogs....
Looking around at my class mate's blogs has managed to eat up half of class today. There are a lot of good ones. Very pretty colors, good grammer(for most of them any ways), and of course fun apps.

Stranger Danger
Our teacher today wanted us to go over saftey on the internet. I think we all know about internet preditors, but for some reason some of us are posting our last names. It might have just been an accident or they weren't paying attention, but to make sure no one is going to track you down and lock you in their basements it's best to keep personal information like last names and addresses private.

I finally got my wiki taken care of...for now anyways. The only things we had to do was upload a video, a picture, type out some information about us, and chaning the the color of the background and font. I think I kind of messed up on the background color though since the hole space went black, but it looks pretty cool and you can still read everything. I'm sure I can learn how to do every thing successfully in the future though.

*sigh*
This week has been a little crazy for Globaloria. We didn't have school Monday thanks to Labor day, which was a nice change in pace actually. Then on Tuesday we moved the computers around. It looks a lot more organized now and every computer got a desperately needed dusting. Yesterday we finally sat up a wiki page, which lead some some confusion amongst the students, but it's all been taken care of. Today our teacher isn't here so we're to work on our blogs and wikis. I decided it was a good time for a post.

Hmm...
In all I'm happy with the team I have going into this. I have very focused, smart, and...really really interesting people to say the least. I'm sure we'll be able to get through this...with an A+!!! >:3
I think there was talk about 2bit graphics or something so I'm sure it'll be fine. The only worry I have is that our expectations are to high for what we're going to get and we might not be able to finish everything. This game would be pretty sweet if we can pull it off.

GAMES!!
The big assignment we were told about in the begining of the year was the game that we were going to make. We spent a couple of days looking at examples of games other people made. Some of them weren't the best, but I'm sure it's not very easy to make things like this. Especially since it was probably new to them and they didn't have a lot of time.Which worries me a bit about my game.
Our game sounds pretty complicated. The story is that you play as a hero that's trying to save various aquatic animals from the recent BP oil spill accident. There were a lot of characters mentioned and the since the way you'd defeat the bad guys were with randomly generated math problems....uh....I can sence some problems.
